Refund and Return policy

We want your experience with Kalpita to be seamless, transparent, and trustworthy. While we strive to ensure the highest quality in every product shipped from our store, we understand that certain issues may arise. Kindly review the following policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
How to Initiate a Return
If you need assistance with a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer support team at support@kalpita.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To proceed, please:
- Email us with your order number.
- Attach clear photos of the defective item(s).
- Ensure the item is unused, with tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
Returns requested beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
Return Eligibility
All Kalpita products undergo quality checks prior to dispatch. However, in rare instances where a defect is overlooked, we accept returns under the following terms:
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or wrong items shipped.
We do not accept returns for:
- Color variation due to display settings
- Change of mind
- Style preference
- Incorrect size selection (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
Exchange Policy
If the product is deemed defective or incorrect:
- We will replace it with the same product, color, and size, subject to stock availability.
- If the same product is out of stock, we may offer a replacement with a similar item or store credit.
- Shipping costs for returning the item must be borne by the customer.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for returned items.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:
- Package lost in transit by the courier
- If Kalpita ships an incorrect item and a replacement is not available
Refunds Will NOT Be Provided For:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address
- Use of PO Box as the delivery address
- Multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier
- Refused delivery by recipient
- Returns received in a used or damaged condition
- Size issues due to incorrect selection
