At Kalpita, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and securely. We work with trusted shipping aggregators and partners to offer reliable delivery services across India.
Shipping & Delivery Information
Please ensure that your shipping and billing details are accurate before finalizing your order to avoid delays.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Delivery Partners: All the reputed courier aggregators.
- Standard Delivery Time: 4–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated based on weight, delivery location, and shipping partner.
Important Notes
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.
- Estimated Delivery: Delivery time begins once the order is dispatched, not when placed. Delays due to payment processing, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- Delivery Attempts: Orders require a valid photo ID and signature upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, courier partners may attempt re-delivery before returning the package.
- Multiple Addresses: We currently support shipping to one address per order. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
- Partial Shipments: While we strive to ship your order in full, items may occasionally ship separately due to availability or packaging requirements.
Delivery Partner Terms
- Deliveries are typically made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- We ship exclusively through verified and reputed courier services to ensure quality and tracking.
- Delivery delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or natural disasters are not Kalpita’s responsibility.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears tampered with or damaged:
- Do not accept delivery.
- Notify us immediately at support@kalpita.in with your order number and photos of the package.
- We will coordinate a replacement or resolution promptly.
Accepted ID Proofs for Delivery
To receive your order, you may be required to show a copy of any one of the following:
- PAN Card
- Driving License
- Passport
- Voter ID
- Aadhaar Card
