These Terms of Service govern your use of Kalpita’s website and online store. By accessing and purchasing from www.kalpita.in, you agree to be bound by these terms. Kalpita Creations (OPC) Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Jurisdiction

All legal matters and arbitration shall be subject to the courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India only.

1. Product Availability

If an item ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will hold the order and dispatch it once available. If the item is discontinued or permanently unavailable, we will notify you and offer a suitable replacement or a full refund.

2. Colour Representation

We strive for accurate color depiction of our products online. However, colors may appear differently on different screens due to display variations. Therefore, minor color differences between the product image and actual item may occur.

3. Packaging

We ensure all orders are securely packed using polythene and sturdy boxes. However, Kalpita is not liable for any damage caused due to delivery handling, customs inspection, or external transit factors.

4. Delivery Details

Customers must provide a full, accurate shipping address along with an active phone number. This ensures the courier can contact the recipient if needed. Kalpita is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address details or recipient unavailability.

5. Product Pricing and Availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices at any time without prior notice
  • Add or remove products at our discretion

6. Return & Replacement

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. We offer replacements only, not refunds.

To return a product:

  • Email us at support@kalpita.in with your order number and reason for return
  • Pack the product securely with its original tags and packaging.
  • Use registered post with tracking. Kalpita is not responsible for lost return shipments.

7. Order Cancellation

Kalpita reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded. Customers may request cancellation before the item has been shipped.
